Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Welcome to XamPath.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XamPath website, learning platform, courses, practice materials, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. About XamPath
XamPath provides educational and exam-preparation services designed to help learners develop knowledge, practice skills, measure progress, and work toward mastery of course topics.
XamPath is an independent educational service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, XamPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any examination board, testing organization, educational institution, government agency, or other organization whose examinations or subject areas may be referenced through the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Some features of XamPath may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless XamPath expressly provides a different type of account or license. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide your account credentials to another person.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify XamPath promptly.
Additional requirements may apply to accounts used by children or minors, including parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
3. Educational Purpose
XamPath is intended to provide educational and exam-preparation resources.
Performance within XamPath does not guarantee any particular result on an examination, admission decision, certification, academic assessment, or other external evaluation.
Actual examination results depend on many factors, including individual preparation, performance on the examination, examination content, scoring procedures, and requirements established by the applicable testing organization.
4. Course and Practice Content
XamPath strives to provide useful, accurate, and high-quality educational content. However, educational materials may occasionally contain errors, omissions, ambiguities, or information that requires correction.
Users are encouraged to report content they believe may be incorrect or unclear.
XamPath may add, remove, correct, reorganize, or update course materials, questions, explanations, features, and other content as the Services evolve.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain XamPath Services may require payment.
Prices, subscription periods, course access periods, and other purchasing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented during checkout unless you cancel it before the applicable renewal date.
You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and subscription terms presented before completing a purchase.
XamPath may change prices for future purchases or subscription periods. Where required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before pricing changes affecting future renewals take effect.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your purchase.
XamPath does not intend to directly store complete credit or debit card information on its systems.
Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy presented at the time of purchase and any applicable Refund Policy published by XamPath.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription generally prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for amounts already paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use XamPath only for lawful educational purposes.
You may not:
-
Share your account with unauthorized users
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to XamPath systems or other user accounts

9. Intellectual Property
The XamPath platform and its original content, including questions, explanations, course organization, software, designs, graphics, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to XamPath and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase or subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the applicable Services for your own educational purposes.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of XamPath content or intellectual property to you.
10. Third-Party Names and Trademarks
Names of examinations, testing organizations, educational institutions, companies, products, and other third-party trademarks may be referenced solely for identification, educational, or descriptive purposes.
Such references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Service Availability
We work to make XamPath available reliably, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security requirements, circumstances beyond our control, or other operational reasons.
XamPath may modify, replace, add, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
12. User Communications and Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, corrections, or ideas regarding XamPath, you permit us to use that feedback to evaluate and improve our Services without an obligation to compensate you.
Personal information included in support communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension and Termination
XamPath may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, or XamPath, including in cases involving:
-
Violation of these Terms
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Unauthorized account sharing
-
Misuse of XamPath content
-
Attempts to compromise platform security
-
Nonpayment of applicable fees
-

Users may discontinue use of XamPath at any time, subject to applicable subscription and cancellation terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XamPath provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every piece of educational content will be free from errors, or that use of XamPath will result in a particular examination score, certification, admission decision, academic outcome, or other result.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XamPath and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
XamPath is not responsible for decisions made by examination organizations, educational institutions, certification bodies, employers, or other third parties.
Any limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Privacy
Your use of XamPath is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically as XamPath and its Services evolve or as legal and regulatory requirements change.
When the Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
When appropriate or legally required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to XamPath's legal entity and principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Specific governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions may be added or updated when XamPath's legal business structure and operating jurisdiction are finalized.
19. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms, contact information will be provided on this page as XamPath's Services become publicly available.
